HAPPY TUESDAY!!! Another chance to make some progress towards our goals! I've been sticking with 22 Min Hard Corps and Yoga, and I've been feeling great! It has helped me get back on my game with calisthenics too!
One of the craziest things about the human body, is that it adapts to imposed demands. Meaning that your body will adapt to nearly anything that we do repeatedly. We are amazing machines.. Don’t forget it, and don’t take it for granted. Become the best version of yourself and discover a stronger, healthier you. Your body CAN do it, but can you make it happen mentally? Because that’s all that is holding you back..
Staying consistent with my routine, has helped a lot more then just my fitness level. Sticking to what you say, is easier said then done, but once you develop the get it done no matter what attitude. Life will open up. Quit planning ahead, and start doing what you said you’d do at the beginning of the year, today. After that, just take it one day at a time, and one task at a time to start working towards your goal. No matter how big it is.. You CAN do it!
