Happy Friday!! Since the start of the new year I’ve been maintaining a low-carb diet. This week I’m sharing an awesome BLT wrap idea!! What you will need: Large leaves of lettuce (I used romain ) 1 med tomato (sliced ) 1 avocado (sliced ) Bacon (I used low sodium turkey bacon ) Mayonnaise (made with olive oil ) (optional ) To start, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Arrange the bacon in a single layer on a sheet. Bake for 12-15 minutes depending on how crispy you prefer. Arrange a few slices of bacon on a lettuce leaf, followed a small amount of mayonnaise. Top with sliced tomato and avocado. Carefully wrap lettuce like you would a tortilla. This was such an easy and filling dinner!
