My No Fail gluten free vegan banana pancakes... blend up a banana with some chick pea flour and cornmeal, or straight spelt, add oats if you want too, maple syrup, baking powder and any non dairy milk to get the right consistency, I find a bit thicker works best. There’s ya mixture, you know the rest, I never measure and somehow it always works out right.
